Nedap Librix presents RFID solutions in Emirates Palace Hotel in Abu Dhabi

Nedap Middle East organized in cooperation with the Library Association in Abu Dhabi a seminar about the newest Nedap Librix solutions. This special event was held on the 7th of July in the prestigious Emirates Palace Hotel in Abu Dhabi.
That day the management of all public libraries of Abu Dhabi and the National Council for Education of the United Arab Emirates were very delighted to be informed about the RFID solutions Nedap Librix presented while enjoying a delicious breakfast.
There was some special interest for the intelligent trollies and book shelves. These specially designed products for checking-in items, can be used to enhance your logistical processes and workflows in your library.
Nedap Librix is the only supplier of RFID Technology for libraries that develops and produces everything in-house.
RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) is a generic term that is used to describe a system that transmits the identity (in the form of a unique serial number) of an object or person wirelessly, using radio waves. The data can be retrieved by a reader. This way the amount of time required to perform can be reduced and the library staff can work more efficiently.
