As is the case with all our other readers, the long-range reader is 100% Nedap Librix. We want to be in control of the product that plays an key part in determining the whole concept’s performance. Poor readers, poor performance.
The RFID long range reader can supply up to 8 Watt in power. This implies that it can be used for applications in which relatively big antenna fields are required.
Relay
All RFID long range readers can be equipped with a relay to enable future connection with external hardware, like lights, CCTV, doors and/or gates.
The RFID long range reader has already shown its strength in its use with Security Gates, Intelligent Trolleys and Intelligent shelves. With the quality of the antenna fields it generates, we can only suspect that the areas and applications in which it is used will only expand.
