Library autosort 3

We offer sorters with 1, 2 and 3 categories which are fully developed by Nedap Librix. All sorters have been developed to with the same robust, trouble-free.result in mind. If you require more sorting categories or have to move books between different floors, we can also accommodate this demand through our partner network.

Sorting cart

Books sorted using the AutoSort systems are collected in specially designed carts. The carts’ special trapezium-shaped base prevents books from forming stacks and distributes them more evenly in the cart. The spring pressure is adjusted in accordance with the tests. The springs are of a special design (low initial pressure and high final pressure of the double spring) to create maximum performance.
The container is equipped with four swivel castors, two of which are fitted with brakes on the outer side. The special brake system is easy to operate; the rubber tires leave no marks on the floor. Special buffers along the upper edges of the container prevent damage to the cart and protect the metal parts of the bin and carousel. The container is made of anodizedrust-free light metal.
